Saint Tesla’s request/mandate to hide its answers to the NHTSA 21 question game “compliance audit” under penalty of perjury will now be reviewed by the NHTSA’s Cief Counsel wink wink In theory if USDOT loophole lawyers determines their Tesla’s loophole lawyer frat bro’s order of confidentiality is “invalid” or “defective” or not in the “public intetest” it can release a public version of Tesla’s 21 immunity exemption self certification loopholecascade law school word salads. NHTZA “audit” illusions and secret responses “under oath” had not slowed any robocab deployments one bit. All FMVSS and MUTCD no longer enforced by USDOT loophole lawyering and political gifts is dead law on American roads now replaced by automated liability dumping edge case extraction more valuable than human life and gold. USDOT Safety Factor Zero = unlimited liability dumping using organic vision hacking and infinite single point failure modes with iron dome immunity.
To date there arr 161 software-specific safety defect recalls issued by NHTSA since Jan1, 2026 involving over 16 million individual vehicles on U.S. roads according to mr. internet. Fresh NHTSA safety defect recalls this week-
• Ford recalling 2026-2027 model year F-150 and 2026 F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks because the left-side tailgate cables may fail under use.
• Ford/Lincoln 2026-2027 Nautilus Hybrids and 2027 Corsair Hybrids due to transmission circuit board corrosion cause vehicle to unexpectedly shift into neutral while driving.
•Stillantis 2026 Dodge Durango damaged wiring harness terminals tail lights fail.
• General Motors certain AWD electric vehicles due to a software defect in the eBoost Brake System Control Module (BSCM) loss of braking at low speeds (sound familiar? womp womp) 2023–2027 Cadillac LYRIQ, 2025–2026 Cadillac CELESTIQ, 2026–2027 Cadillac VISTIQ, 2024–2027 Chevrolet Blazer EV SS, Police Pursuit.
The mysterious gm eBoost brake module is the subject of two distinct federal safety defect regulatory actions addressing separate hardware and software failures. NHTSA Engineering Analysis EA26006 disclosed@ MCG Executive Briefing November 2, 2026, an internal metal spindle shaft snapping during use causing crashes. The eBoost software OTA safety defect recall 26V717 addresses a software glitch that dumps line pressure during low-speed braking ABS slip trip conditions just like its 1999 again! This gm eBoost software recall does not apply to Honda or Acura eBoost because the safety defect softwarr glitch allegedly is highly specific to a single line of proprietary GM code inside a particular vehicle subset according to mr. inyernet. This safety defect glitch only occurs in specific All-Wheel Drive performance configurations of the LYRIQ and Blazer EV when software miscalculates wheel slip while engaging software blended front and rear motor regenerative braking simultaneously over a bump at low speed, activating ABS, locking wheels or extended noncompliant stopping distances, a classic Type 2 Decel Error safety defect that fits perfectly in the middle of our 3 Buckets of Unlimited Single Point Failure Mode Safety Defects in Software Blended Brake Systems as predicted, but off-limits to NHTSA ODI for reasons…
FYI to clarify, the NHTSA publicly disclosed all 21 Cybercab compliance audit questions, but ALL 21 of Tesla’s responses under penatly of perjury including ALL engineering evidence supporting ANY FMVSS compliance is withheld under USDOT’s broad “confidentiality request” loophole, leaving John Q. Public unable to independently verify or scrutinize anything…
Geez Thad. It’s Friday pal. Lighten up.
