+   In the most recent round of layoffs at Tesla Inc., the department that handles vehicle deliveries to customers in North America was reduced by more than half, sources said. More at Reuters. 

 Selected Chevrolet dealers will offer specially modified versions of the Suburban and Tahoe SUVs by Specialty Vehicle Systems with 1,000 horsepower V8s. More at The Drive. 

 Ferrari Formula 1 sponsor Philip Morris insists that its Mission Winnow campaign fully complies with tobacco advertising laws, despite an investigation into the matter. More at Motorsport.com. 

+   Lawmakers took the first step to roll back changes to a California exhaust law that requires officers to issue fines to offenders, allowing warning citations. More at Classic Cars.com Journal. 

 Arizona-based truck manufacturer Nikola will introduce two new models in April, the Nikola Two and Nikola Tre, in both hydrogen and battery-electric models. More at Engadget. 

 John Dingell, the Dearborn Democrat who was the longest serving congress member in history and a fierce ally of the auto industry, has passed away at 92. More at the Detroit Free Press.

+  RM Sotheby’s estimates a selling price of $1.6 million to $2.0 million for the freshly restored 1930 Duesenberg Lebaron Sweep Panel Phaeton at its Amelia Island sale. More at Hemmings Daily. 

+   The Menards home improvement chain has expanded its partnership with the NASCAR-owned ARCA stock car series, which will now be called the ARCA Menards Series. More at Racer.
