+   Chevrolet will cease production of the current Chevy Volt sedan next month to reduce inventories and retool for the next-generation model. More at MarketWatch. 

+   In advance of this weekend’s New Orleans race, IndyCar officials have mandated structural upgrades to Honda and Chevrolet aero kit components in an effort to reduce crash debris. More at Racer.

  1. Isn’t DeNiro too skinny to play il Commendatore? Also, it’s easier to age a young man than vice versa.

    Maybe it’s my old memory playing tricks on me but it seems that ZL1 would have been a three million dollar vehicle a few years ago.

  2. I think I rather have a clone ZL1 instead of a real one, I’d be wanting to pound on that baby hard and would hate to destroy a gennie one!

  3. The ZL1 was a an expensive white elephant in its day,, and a very collectable beast now.
    I too would sooner have a 50k clone,, 800k extra would be scarey to use.
